Chris (CMSItaly) and Josh introduced us to Era Ora last year and the owners. Both the food and the owners were outstanding! Too bad, I was looking forward to going back in March.

Yes, Juanito, the MX felllow that owns the building opened a MX restaurant called Ah Chabela's to give his wife something to do!

For the amount of people we saw dining in that place when we were there in March, it could just as well be abandon.

Since the owner of the building owns the restaurant = NO RENT. Also a great place for his friends/family to hang out. I have eaten there sveral times and the food was good.
Also, take my word for it, the owner Juanito, does not need any money and avoids the headache of having a non-paying tenant occupy his property.
