Can't contact Hotel Riviera Caribe Maya through Playa info

Hi! I'm hoping someone can look into this and fix it! I'm trying to get some more info from Hotel Riviera Caribe Maya, and possibly book through this website, but when I click on the button from the hotel's page, that hotel is not one of the options!

I would really like to book through you to get the free card. Can you check it out and let me know? Thanks!
