I remember the blizzard. I was a sophmore in high school. We were stranded at home with 7 kids in our family. Our backyard butted up to Highway 66 (I think it's called something else now). Anyway, we were running out of food and there was no traffic on the highway so my dad and my brother walked to Jewel and bought what was left on the shelves and pushed the grocery cart up the highway back to our house. I remember the snow drifts up to the second story windows.
My high school has a alumni website and someone just posted - What did you do during the blizzard of 67.
