They said they did it in several other cities in the same way, but Boston was the only one that reacted that way. In post-911 America, I gotta wonder why? I'm happy that Boston scrambled to action right away. I wonder why we never heard anything about the other cities. If I lived in one of those cities, I'd wonder how vigilant my public authorities are about REAL threats to the public safety.
