That being said this should be good to stir the pot.

Global warming by humans today is the nuclear winter of the 80's. Bulls**t beyond comprehension. The earth is getting hotter because the sun is getting hotter (number one cause of global warming). All human production of green house gas (number 9) is way behind the gas produced by termites (number 5 or 6) and it would take one good volcanic eruption (number 8) to dwarf human activity. As for rising ocean levels, get as wide a container as possible. Fill it half way with water then add ice so that the ice is still floating and mark the level of the water. When the ice melts check the level again. If physics is right then the level will be the same. One of my first rules in political activism that I teach is to never read your side's propaganda rags, read the other sides rags.

BTW, if you have the chance to go to Florence, its a GREAT city!

Well, well, well, look at what we got here? Absolute, categorical, imperative language, is this the bibble belt? The fundamental creationist's credo?

Oh, did you say political activist? Had me confused with one of them southern 'revivalists' for a second, but the thought dissipated just as quickly upon running over the reference to physics and political activism,... very, very odd couple indeed.

As for your categorical hierarchy of 'faithful' factors precipitating climate change, reason for the initial confusion as to your actual vocational calling, it is so entangled with such omniscient bull**** that it dispenses even the most elementary rebuttal.

However, and for your own sake, I would suggest that you contact some experts in the field you portend to claim absolute certainty over and dare convince them of the reliability and validity of your omniscient certitude.

Once you have mastered that simple task, then I'll seriously consider arguing with you on the merits of the theories/natural/divine laws that you may care to advance.

Anything short of that and I'll refer you to the solitary bit of wisdom you invoked: Its best not to argue with fools or you might be mistaken for one.

BTW here's a series of folks addressing the sun's influence on climate that you may want to consider commiserating with and persuading, and please don't be taken aback by the sensationalist medium/media:
