Does your night guard help? I used to clench my teeth at night (I'm a clencher, not a grinder, per my old dentist)... and would wake up with awful headaches and would have to sloooowly relax and open my jaw... the night guard helped, but I hated all the drooling
Apparently I'm not as stressed as I used to be and only occasionally do the clenching thing... but on those mornings after, I often think I should get a new night guard...
Do the over the counter ones work, or does it need to be professionally fitted?
