I've had it since I was a child. Most the time it doesn't bother me, but there are times when I can't even eat. Hurts so bad that I want to cry. Of course i don't since I'm a guy and all.....
Recently it flared up again and I went and bought a night guard from local drug store. It works ok, but I agree about the whole slobbering thing.
It's just something that I've grown to live with......
