- some of what you said above simply isn't correct or was perhaps one individuals point of view.
This is how I would go.......
#1 Barcelo Maya Tropical/Colonial
(your 11 year old will love the water park!)
#2 Iberostar Lindo
#3 Xpa Ha Palace
(although because of the post hurricane situation at this resort - I wouldn't even keep it on the list as the Barcelo & IB* are far better choices).
