YTD = 108 miles - we ran the extra .2 in order for me to round up my YTD. ![]() Where is everyone?? Are you running? Geez!!! Only Jevans has an excuse!

Haven't run for a long time now. Had our annual kendo seminar over the weekend, 2 hours of practice Friday and Sunday, 3 hours on Saturday, plus managing and competing in the tournament Saturday afternoon and managing the grading Sunday morning. Plus a lot of drinking Friday and Saturday nights. Took Monday and Tuesday off, back to kendo practice tonight. Probably won't run until Friday, for sure on Saturday, got a long run scheduled with my sister.

I'm around.
I ran 4.5 over lunch yesterday...in shorts and a dry wick long sleeve. It was 55 F and absolutely gorgeous outside. Also been doing power workouts on the bike trainer during the last two weeks, so my swimming and running are sticking to easier workouts. Building those quads! ![]() Congrats on breaking 100 u2! |

NO! I gave it a try today and quickly my bowels let me know I'd have a JG situation on my hands if I continued. I'm starting to freak out about missing this training time, but I think I have enough extra time scheduled in. I hope I think I'll do some light weights tonight just to do something. Argh.

OK good! I'm not the only one on this thread!!!
Sara - I had a similar feeling today during my run but I forced myself to ignore it. Now I'm probably bound up for a week. ![]() JG - You can't be the biggest loser because I've been bulking up for that role! I may be running but I'm also eating my weight in crappy food! I don't know what my problem is but I have to lose 30 pounds by Tuesday morning for our PDC trip! ![]() Accountability: 5 miles - done! All road and lots of little hills. YTD = 113 miles ![]() Now, I'm scheduled for a 10 mile run on Saturday. I honestly don't know if my body is up for it. Recommendations? You should I shoot for 8 and see how I feel? I barely made 5 tonight. Should I not puss out and just go for the 10? |

knee feels better. was going to run but decided to wait till monday to give it extra healing time.
instead I did 101 pullups and 120 squats in 8:30. would have done more squats but didn't want to hurt the knee. I know, I'm being a weeeneee
