DB, you are kicking ass on the runs AND the bike.

todays run:
4.12
31:37
7:40/mile
10.26 miles for march
141.2 miles for the year
today felt much faster than yesterday but was quite abit slower.

But they're long runs. I'd much rather have my speed back. No more 48 second 1/4s

Nice 5 mile run on the roads today. I kept my heart rate right in the 145-153 zone the entire run and felt strong the whole way. Finally starting to get in shape. 138.5 ytd

2 miles maybe 10 days ago. 1 mile today (just a little father-son jog for Tito and I).

56.7 for the year.

One of the busiest stretches of my life...but I can see the light.

14 mile MTB ride yesterday.

6 mile run on the trails today. Heart rate 143-147 first 3 and 150-155 the last three. Fastest 6 in years. Almost 3 minute faster then before Playa. BUT, I tweaked my groin. I was going up a small hill in the sand and must have pulled wrong. It didn't bother me much until the last mile when it started to tighten up.

A little over 10k after work today. Really feeling like March now - grey, dusty, windy, dismal. At least the roads are mostly dry but frankly I think I'd rather run when it's cold and sunny. Snow predicted tomorrow. YTD 184.5 miles.

HAHAHA!!! Jevans giving JG sh!t!!! LOVE IT!!

(I'm sure that sh!t is about to come my way since I have been missing the past couple of weeks!)

My last run was on 3/10. I went to Playa on 3/13 and was there till 3/21. As I said in an earlier post, I didn't run a foot while in Playa. Today is 3/26 and I FINALLY ran!

It was a shortie. 2.55 miles. I'll count it as 2.5.

YTD = 120.5 - wow. I'm so lame!

Took a spinning class tonight too. 45 minutes of living hell. But i needed it!

Not sure what's on the running plan tomorrow. Need to re-evaluate my half training to see where I should be. I am definitely going to the gym for my Group Power weight training class.

Guilty as charged. No exercising for me tonight except for the 16 ounce tall boy curls I am relaxing with here at the end of another long day...Only 1 tax return to go.

Spinning classes are great. Great workout and I push myself really hard in group settings. I start my strength training again tonight. Not doing any strength training for the last 8 months or so has made a huge difference in my body - and not in a positive way!

7 yesterday- went much better than last week Ate a fruit/nut bar ahead of time and brought a sport's drink w/ me which seemed to do the trick. Incidentally, that G2 crap tasted awful to me when I tried it at home, but tasted fine and went down really easy on the trail. 131 YTD

edit- welcome back Becca! You still have PLENTY of time to train for a late May half- so I'll see ya then

Crap! Sara is at 131!! I'm only at 122.5 as of today!

I know..that Half Marathon in Hyannis. ugh. I don't even want to do my half in June!

Today's Accountability:
2 mile road run (big hill in the beginning - ugh).
1 hour weight training class
YTD = 122.5
