I am going to Mexico next month with my family and momma's soooooooooooooooooo excited. I am also new to this forum and I think you're going to like it.....What is your favorite Mexican dish to cook?
I make these wonderful enchiladas, my own salsa and quac dip. I am really looking forward to trying different hot sauces while I am there and also plan a trip to the grocery store to buy for home. I enjoy very spicy hot sauce...Mexican, Jamaican and Louisiana, Thai. Welcome..HOLA!
