PDC to Puerto Aventuras

What are our options for getting from PDC to Puerto Aventuras? We are drawn to boats/marinas and think we would enjoy a walk around the marina. Is it possible to walk the waterfront or is it gated? Thanks.

Easiest is to take a taxi. The driver will then take you to the marina where you can walk around, eat, shop, walk the beach, etc. Its nice for a half day or so.

Been to Puerto Aventuras twice for fishing charters.

One time we took a cab, and the second time we took shared transportation booked through our resort (which was also a cab).

Thank you for the replies. Any idea what taxi cost should be from PDC to Puerto Aventuras? We are in a condo not a resort. I have found anywhere between 130 - 200 pesos. I think the 200 peso may have been the most current.
