I was just thankful Gaga didn't "perform".

Bruno Mars rocked the house. Jennifer Hudson was wonderful. Foo Fighters were great. McCartney and friends killed it in the end.

Nope, Her name is Sarah s and you will find it under the Thank You section of their releases.

She is wonderful and they have a great young daughter. I have not met him.

She loves Mexico and has taken her husband to Guanajuato to introduce him to the Mexico she loves - that was pre-daughter

I loved singing along with Glen Campbell. Surprised myself in that I still remembered all of the words to "Rhinestone Cowboy".

I cringed at the Beach Boys / Maroon 5 performance. Mostly due to the Beach Boys looking like they were all pretty much hating life.

But the biggest surprise for me last night was not in the show itself, but in the Chipotle commercial with Willie Nelson singing Coldplay's "The Scientist". Love love love.

Adele is a great artist with soul oozzing out of her pores. She will be around for a while longer.

I think she has the most plays on my IPOD.

I agree that Adele is a phenomenal singer & writer. She's stripped down and not overly produced like so much of the music that is out there now. She's down to earth and humble and just an all around likeable person. I'm not a huge fan of over the top antics in music (even though I'm obviously a huge fan of a band who has, on occassion, done some over the top performances). Just keep it simple and show us your talent. I think that's why I don't like people like Katy Perry, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, and a huge percentage of the people who are being played on mainstream radio. It's not that they aren't talented but they're just kind of circus acts. Not my cup of tea but I see how they serve a place in entertainment.

One thing I hate about Adele is that they overplayed her! If I hear "Someone Like You" one more time, I was going to scream. I own both her albums and both are fantastic. Just stop playing them to death!

Reminds me of Lady Antebellum when that song "Need you now" was played like a couple hundred times.....arrgghh

I enjoy Adele's musical creations but she's way too stiff for me to watch. Then again, I'm sure she'd be much more impressive in a small club ernvironment. Personally I'd love to see her get a serious makeover... something that would make her seem more energized. She's certainly got the voice down.

Was a bit disappointed with Nikki Manaj last night (happen to like that quirky rapper)... they kept hyp'n her but her performance ended up being a major cluster fluff, sort of like Katy Perry's. Guess some entertainers think it's important to mimic Madonna or Gaga. Kind of dilutes the whole overdone shock effect. Makes you glad when the train wreck is over!

My thoughts also. She needs to do something more than what she is doing or people will get bored with her.

Since I spend little time actually watching a performer and the vast majority of the time listening, the only way I will get bored of her is if her quality of music declines.

Adele has not set out to be a pop artist, but the quality of her music has made her a crossover hit. She would be just fine playing clubs and I would much rather see her or anyone else in a small venue.

It is quite OK to just simply say that her style of music isn't your style of music. But Adele's numbers (album sales, award nominations and wins) don't lie - so unfortunately, all the rest of it is just you talking out of your ass. You know, the exact same things you say to others on the gaga thread?

Although it is pretty amusing.
Had to laugh at that too.

"21" beat records set by Beatles and Pink Floyd....but, hey, she's nothing more than just a flash in the pan...boring and won't fill concert halls....right right.........
look all of these people just hating her show....................all smashed in that "supper club"......
if you are more into watching someone wear meat rather than listen to someone speak for a 6 minute intro, you might want to jump to second video

That is a small venue by todays standards. It seems the crowd is trying to make her loosin up a bit.

uh huh.....your point? How about that sold out US tour she had to cancel due to illness/surgery? Someone must like her? AAA-Waterfront Theater was one of the venues.....same venue Lady Gaga and many others have performed.

Seems like she's doing just fine to me.
