Slow that down a notch, and you will be speaking some fine Idahoan.

I don't even know what it means and I would run too.

The IPA has been brewing and bubbling good for 3 days. Double malted (more body) with a half gallon of malt syrup and 1 pound of malt powder. Double hopped (more flavor) with 1.5 ozs. of dried Cascade hops for bittering and 1 oz. fresh Cascade hops at the end of the boil for aroma. Today it will be dry hopped with 1oz. Columbus hop pellets added to the fermenter. (even more face puckering aroma and flavor.)

It'll be bottled next weekend, then set aside to condition until the peepmeet. I think this is gunna be a good batch!

It's going to be met freinds and non met freinds. The few peepmeets I've been to, always feel like meeting up with old freinds. Hell I talk with some peeps more than I do some freinds and family. I kinda like you guys.

I've been in contact with the home owner, and party bus dude this week. The final house payment is in the mail, and party bus dude is setting up reservations at King, for tasting, Sweet Cheeks, for tasting and picnic, and the vineyard next door (time permiting).

The cost for reserved seats at Sweet Cheeks is 2 bucks. I don't know about King but many vineyards, including Sweet Cheeks, don't charge for "basic" tastings. I will have a stockpile of party bus/picnic/party bus food. I am getting excited.

Colleen bought a giant decanter today for her Pimms drinks for the bocce tourney, we are having a garage sale next weekend to clear out the Rangers' guest room for Sunday night, the beer bottles are in the dishwasher sanitizing so I can bottle tomorrow, I'll smoke some salmon next weekend during the garage sale...

I think the Oregon-North and Oregon-South, welcoming committees are on top of it. I wish we could join up with the peeps in Portland before y'all head south but we will have to wait until you get here.

Maybe we will have the Dubs parked and relaxed at the party house, and the Lucys' checked in and settled, by the time you arrive.
