Even non PI members can vote, your husbands, wives, children, grandchildren, neighbors all you need is an email adress and vote everyday!!

I just tried voting again and was told that my vote didn't count because I had already voted today, but the last time I voted was yesterday. Strange. So I used other email addresses and I'll go back later today and vote with the other addresses. Keep voting!

The same thing happened to me. Then I noticed that even though it's a different day, it hadn't been 24 hours since I voted. So just after 24 hours ticked by I tried again. VOILA!
Looks like they are using 24 hour units instead of calendar days.
