Found the California pharmacy complaint form. Will fill out in the next 2 days.

My complaint. 2 months ago I was given prescriptions for 2 separate drugs, one an anti-inflammatory the other a muscle relaxant. The anti-inflammatory was to be taken 2x per day, the muscle relaxant at night if I was in a lot of pain and could not sleep. Saw the doc today for an unrelated issue (yes Sunday), and brought up the fact the pain is gone but the numbness is still there in my arm. Said stay on the anti-inflammatory go get a refill, also said my blood pressure is high. I got the refill. The refill does not match, not closely, the original fill. Turns out they switched the pharmacy switched the labels on the original fill. I've been taking muscle relaxants 2x per day, when the prescription said 1x per night if required. The pills in the original bottle of muscle relaxants match exactly the refill I got today for the anti-inflammatory. I've been taking muscle relaxants 2x per day, instead of anti-inflammatory 2x per day. Does that have anything to do with my, all of a sudden, high blood pressure?

not much of a party post, but i went to the memorial service for the one year anniversary of the tsunami in otsuchi, japan

i know everyone has seen this stuff on the internet, but i am gonna tell you, up close and personal, this was probably worse than the atomic bomb that hit hiroshima (which is also on the itinerary)

unfrickingbelievable

the service was incredibly touching and beautiful
the people are amazingly strong and resilient
i feel honored to have attended

i can't begin to express my admiration and respect for these people

oh, btw, i love japan
it is everything and more than i had imagined

ps/ mike, i would be ready to kill
hang in there and get better
