Return flight...what time do we need to be at the airport?

Our return flight leaves at 11:15 am for the US. How long before do we need to be there? Thanks!

I'd shoot for 9:30 ish.

Check is supposed to be 2 hours prior to flight time.

I'm always at the CUN airport at the recommended 2 hours in advance time,or even earlier, if possible. Due to unforeseeable events, traffic, and accidents, I once made it to check in BARELY in advance of the required one hour. Living here means I know to expect the unexpected and I don't play games with flights.
