I too celebrated my birthday at Cheesters with 8 great friends! Was great. Lots of great food, plenty of "chilian coffee" and "cheestors tea"! Did the owner tell you that story?

Anyway will be interested to see the taste camparason with UTIL. Several of us at the table have definitely decided that UTIL is great but Cheestors has them beat hands down. I do like that you can take your own wine to UTIL for uncorking. Not sure is Cheestors has that.
