Ocean Maya Royale

hey everyone im staying at the Ocean Maya Royale in 4 weeks time,has anyone been there recently?

Have not stayed there but had planned to in April for our anniversary...just didn't work out this year. However, I have followed it for on TripAdvisor for over a year now and it seems to have made great improvements since becoming adult only. It jumped from 74 out of 185 in its ratings to 52 out of 185 currently ~ so they must be doing something right. I had been in contact with Maria at the resort for awhile and she was going to set something up nice for our 30th to surprise my wife...maybe another time. I guess the only drawback to the resort would be the beach, or lack of from storms from what I've read and seen in pictures. Have fun and let us know how it goes.
