In need of a PDC "Pro"

My group will be at the IB Tucan 4-10 through 4-17 2004 and I have been put “in charge” of a tour package for a trip to Chichen Itza for our group of 24. As of now…only 11 have shown interest but the others want me to get the information (I’m sure when we get there all will want to go) I have seen Anna’s tour schedule and she has no tours for Chichen Itza during that time.

Here are my questions:

Anna – Is there any chance of scheduling a tour with you on a date that is not on your tour schedule and if so is there any way for you to accommodate more than 12 people?

If I can’t get a tour with Anna what do you all suggest is the best way for me to organize this tour with such a large group? Wait until we get there? Go through the hotel for this?

Anyone’s help would be appreciated on this topic…we are all first timers to PDC and I have tried searching for the answer…I am in need of a PDC “Pro”. :roll:
