I want all of this! Mostly. I would leave dishes involving carrots for others.

I guess I need to decide what meat to take out of the freezer (or buy at the grocery).

Yes, in our household, meat is required.

We went for a walk down by the Tualatin River - it is way high and running fast - and stopped on the way home where we found a spiral-sliced, hickory smoked honey ham.

I'll put it on our smoker for a few hours with apple wood smoke tomorrow morning and maybe a mustard rub.

Got a couple of pork steaks for tonight that I will do on the Weber with some apple wood.

You guys are killin' me. We're going to my wife's grandma's for dinner. Old fashioned Easter ham and trimmings. Good, but not a catfish fry. With hush puppies? Oh baby!

First time in years, don't have to be at MILs house. Bonny and I are camping.
