We went for a walk down by the Tualatin River - it is way high and running fast - and stopped on the way home where we found a spiral-sliced, hickory smoked honey ham.
I'll put it on our smoker for a few hours with apple wood smoke tomorrow morning and maybe a mustard rub. Got a couple of pork steaks for tonight that I will do on the Weber with some apple wood. |

We're going to my wife's grandma's for dinner. Old fashioned Easter ham and trimmings. Good, but not a catfish fry. With hush puppies? Oh baby!
