Actually this year it rented for over $2,000 USD a month for 2 months. Why would we rent it for less for a shorter period of time? Furthermore the owner would like a long term renter.

Thanks NAS, even at $2000/month it's a deal, but it turns out we're only able to go for 2 weeks and not a month. I have found something else, I'm not the type to wait, I'm a planner and have to have things settled.
