Never had a problem with putting them on ankle at the Riu's. My wife has done this several times now. They even come from around the front desk to put it on her. And although she acts like it sometimes, she is not a kid.

im just back from a riu and yes lots of women had them on their ankles just remember you have to get your leg up to the cab window though to get past the security gate ha ha. we just turned ours inside out its not a big deal to answer the traders with something funny or just say no gracias all part of the holiday for us

Wristbands

We have been going to Playa for 10 years now and always stay at AI (bar tabs) I always have a bigger size cut to take off when off of the AI property and also round off the corners to avoid the #^$#$%$# scratches
