Noob looking for tips!!

HI, Never been to Playa before, and booked a week in August at the Riviera Rand Princess yesterday, we're completey stoked!
Since we're noonbs, just wondering if there is any advice on what to do(or not do) while we're there. Seems like a nice resort from what I've read, but still a little without seeing it!

im assuming you meant "Grand Riviera Princess"?
Anyway, theres lots of relaxing available at the resort. Plus lots of lounges and lots of eating options. You shouldnt get bored with those kinds of things. If youre into adventures/excursions, then there are a ton to choose from, available from the numerous tour operators in the lobby area.
There is a free shuttle into town that you have to book the day before, or else just grab a cab in for 20 bucks. Then you can hit up all the shops/restaurants/bars in PDC. Good for a night off the resort.

Here's another tip I find useful. Don't rely on the Hotel/Resort website photo's for trying to get an idea of what the place looks like go to YouTube and check it out, sometimes you'll see great video of the resort either shot by professionals, or other travelors who like to share. It's great, and very useful
