Fideicomiso advice
Hi all,
My husband and I have recently bought a house in PDC and we have handed in all the paperwork and paid the fee and now we are just waiting. And waiting and waiting. Does anyone have experiences with the fedeicomiso? How long does it normally take? What bank did you do it through? Has anyone done it through Robert Webb at Bancomer? Any advice or info would be appreciated Nichola |

Hi, it took me about 6 months and we went through Scotia Bank. The yearly fees are approximately 600 dollars a year. I'm not sure I got a good deal I hired a lawyer and a notario separately, the total fees for me was approx. 3500 dollars. The yearly fees come automatically out of my checking account.
