It wouldn't surprise me if they are/were pets. I'm dogsitting Lucky right now. She was clearly someone's pet, and no street dog. Yet she was saved only hours before being killed.

The dogs of the PPS are now under care of PAR. Check out PAR's thread. The perrera is a completely different situation.

Someone has dumped four very young puppies outside of SOS el Arca. They are still so young that they need to be bottle-fed. Luckily they survived until Sylvie found them. She is looking for someone to foster and take care of these little guys until they are old enough to eat regular food and take care of themselves a little better.

Someone also dumpet at the pound a 3-4 year old dalmatian, the owners are leaving for monterrey and they decided to dump him there

people never end to make me sick

It's been a while since I posted pics these are some new babies that arrived at the Playa pound yesterday!!!
Please spread the word!!! and if these pets do have homes let's get them home or adopted!!!
