When to ask for an upgrade??
Hi, My wife and I are going to RGP in August for the first time, our 25th anniversary! When is the best time to ask for an upgrade? Should I call ahead, or wait until we get there?

My wife and I have mostly called to hotel directly, ahead of time. But we have also fell into some great upgrades at the front desk. So, I think it's what you are looking for...
