Unit #108 is a one bedroom, ground floor, wheel chair accessible condo that is fully self contained. Marble floors and countertops, full kitchen and tasteful decor are a few of its features. Maid service is provided weekly for guests staying more than one week.

The living room & patio door faces the Caribbean Ocean. It is 30-meters to the pool and 50-meters to a world class white sand beach. Fishermens Village (Resort & Spa) is FULL SERVICE with spa & training room, swimming pools, 2-restaurants & 2-bars, 24hr front desk service & security and is walking distance to renowned 5th Avenue - Playa del Carmen. A PGA golf course is one kilometer away in PlayaCar phase 2. Walmart, Mega Mall, Centro Maya Mall, and Sams Club are also close.
