Something to do?
As we start thinking of things to do, how about the Jungle Spa in Puerto Morelos? There's a thread on it from a few years back, but sounds like it's still good. Our own Sue has been and said it was great! Here's a link to the thread. http://www.playa.info/playa-del-carm...ml#post1899275

Other ideas are: day trip to Isla Mujeres or Cozumel; cooking school ( Cocina Cosmopolita Culinary School or The Little Mexican Cooking School -Welcome ); a Fat Cat cruise. Let me know if you want me to check on anything.

You're so sweet, Phyllis!! To be perfectly honest, I'd love to do ALL those things... BUT... with this trip following so closely to our two weeks in May, I'm a bit more budget-conscious for this trip. (And you know the outrageous air fare I'm paying for WW!!! ) But that being said, I'll be in if a majority are interested in a particular activity. Also ... Fyi... we are planning to spend a day at Akumal to snorkel and hopefully see lots of tortugas and fishies!!!
