Cuban Bar

Two years ago there was a great Cuban bar down by the plaza area- near Senor Frogs. They lined up the bar with mojitis and had latin music every night. They have moved, we heard to 12th but couldnt find it. Anyone know where they went?

Bodeguita del Medio is on 5th Ave around Calle 34.

I believe La Bodeguita is at 5th and 34th now.

Love BDM!!! We would pass by it every night, and never stopped in. They have moved to 5th and around 34th. We went there twice this past trip! Loved it!! Can't wait to go back. I loved their Ropa Vieja and their Mojitos. Both nights we were there, they had a band.

We passed this place several times on our last trip but didn't stop in! Glad to hear it is good, we will put it on the list for November!

Yep, and they serve them (properly I think) in an 8 oz glass. Perfect blend and ice cold.

I love cuban food and I love some salsa dancing.
Does anyone know when the salsa lessons are?

I thought I read somewhere that the free lessons were on Thursdays between 4 and 6pm

Love this place, miss its old location but the new place is fun too. Best mojitos anywhere.
