We love it. It's easy to find fresh in Tampa and it's inexpensive compared to snapper or grouper. I usually season it with Old Bay seasoning, then put it in a hot skillet with a little olive oil. Cook lightly - a minute or so on each side. Then pour in about two or three ounces of orange juice sprinkle with chopped jalapeno pepper. Cover and let it simmer about a minute more. Tasty!!
