Long term rental

I've been coming to Playa and Isla Mujeres since the early 80's, and now my wife and I are going to make the move to the area. We're coming down again for 3 weeks in July and hope to find a 2 BR with a pool (not in Playacar) for long term rental. Would like to keep rent below $900 per month. Any help/advice/contacts/referrals from those of you living there would be greatly appreciated....Thanks!
