FM3 minimum income requirements

I was just reading something that mentioned this and wondered what that amount might be.

Used to be. Word is it may not be when the new law gets all its new regulations written. We'll have to wait and see.

the new law is written, just no protocols to actually implement
it's just the normal nonsensical nonsense

i submitted my rather pathetic bank statements and there was no problem
what they want to see is movement in the acct, according to the person who moves paper for me
have never had a problem

yeah, and the last time i went to the mexican consulate in new york they laughed at me and told me to do my bidness in mexico

thanks all with advice who have never lived here
the fact is, it ain't what you read on the interwebz and it ain't what they tell you in the mexican consulates in other countries

immigration is very friendly in playa del carmen
i, personally, would never waste my time in any mexican consulate out of the country
even if you do all your papers out of mexico, you need to do them all over again when you arrive
why bother??

Exactly... we did our first FM3 at the Minnesota Mexican consulate and had to do it all over in Playa.

They told me all the paper work required had to have the appostille seal

Only issued by the state you live in

I would love to get the Fm3 in Playa

Since I'm coming down for two month

Is it easy to get or you need an attorney

Thanks

easy, pman, if you qualify
i can hook you up with someone, it will take one brief meeting with her and one 15 min trip to the migra for thumbprint and signature

stay away from lawyers for this kind of work
imo, if you are coming for two months, just use your tourist visa

No attorney needed.
But it may take more than two months.
