I have some local (SLC) IT guys who could come over help with that and set the time on your VCR.

FOr what it's worth, I was there in January and used a chip-less ATM card and it worked fine.

Same for us in April --- any and all ATM's.

It makes a case for having 2 or even 3 ATM cards to try in just such situations for the cash based traveller . I have encountered compatability issues sixty miles from home in the past .
