The all NEW DOG SPA & PLAY DAY at PAR !

SI AMIGOS !!! we are baaaaack and better than ever !!! Starting July 14th and EVERY Saturday ( weather permitting ) it's Spa & Play Day for the doggies @ PAR ! We will only do a few pens each Sat. and give our babies the "treatment" ! wash, nails, toofie brushing, combing ... THEN PLAY TIME !!! We will have approx. 10 - 15 doggies to do each Sat. as our NEW shelter is all concrete and the babies aren't getting as dirty and our flea & tick population has DECREASED 99% !!! We will have T-shirts & Koozies for sale along with our NEW surprise .... TREATS for the doggies !... made by our own Board of Directors member Heather Bolin Stewart who will be making these FRESH every Sat. as she & her husband live in Playa full time. The doggie treats will be in bags of 6 ea. for $3 US and Heather has already tested them on the doggies and they LOVE THEM !!! Transportation will be provided as we meet in front of the Mega store ( see poster ). See you on the 14th and Deb & I will be there to get this kick started and greet everyone that comes down !!! Thanks Maureen ! This is our NEW edition of the old dog wash days, revised, improved and totally re-vamped ! We hope that the peeps that enjoyed doing the dog washes of the past come and join us again along with NEW peeps to see just how much time and effort has been put into this NEW style for our babies. We have put together a group that are totally dedicated to see that this happens EVERY Sat. with the only excuse being the weather not permitting this to take place ! If we could average 10 - 15 people showing up each week we could be done in NO TIME and have MORE time to play with the doggies !

So here's to a GREAT NEW beginning

I want to be so a part of this new doggie wash, maybe Christmas, probably now not til next summer. You will not feel any better than going and spending some time with the dogs at the PAR shelter. You'll love giving and the dogs will love receiving! Make you warm and fuzzy all over!

Today is the big day! The first Dog/Puppy Wash at the new shelter.
Pick up is at 11:30, in front of Mega, and don't forget to help us out by bringing a bag of Pedigree dog food! There will be homemade treats for you to purchase at the shelter. You can give PAR dogs a treat, or take them home to give your own dogs a special treat!

YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone should try this at least once. You will feel soooo good about helping the dogs, actually I think the people get more out of this than the dogs! PICTURES, pictures, pictures, please!!!!!!

The wash went real well !! Lots of clean dogs...and they loved all the attention......some were not to thrilled with the baths

I will be sending lots of pictures to Pat for her to post !! Thanks to everyone that showed up to help.....
