Yippee!! I have a counter. Now if we can get our issues worked out with the Royal, we will be there. We are members, have been for 10 ish years and they are now telling us our membership does not include this resort. Fwiw, NEVER EVER EVER EVER, um never buy into one of these. Jmho. We may end up at the Riu Palace, a resort IV wanted to try for a while....sigh...

Just and update and I've stated a new thread to warn others of te Real Club at The Royal. We were scammed, lost several thousand dollars after using it 6 times. Jessica Juarez Martinez informed us today that our membership never included The Royal and that they made an exception for us every year. Seriously? Does she think we actually believe that? Regardless, we are unable to use our membership to stay there. I'm still debating about the Riu but right now it seems more fun to go to The Royal and tell everyone we see exactly what we paid, when we stayed and what happened. Bet that will cost them more than our membership. Afwiw, I googled it, there are a lot of similar stories on Trip Advisor. We have no one to blame but ourselves, we know that. Everyone with a brain knows deep down that when it's too good to be true...it is!

Thanks having a blast so far, and enjoying the food. Finally got a chance to check out Las Cazuelas. Wow, simply wow. We will have to check it back out when he changes the menu out. Ate at Casa Mediterranea last night. Can't believe out of all the times visiting here never ate there. Obviously, we've capped out each night at The Dirty Martini. Met Karen there both nights. Super nice owner. Any recommendations for some of the best Ceviche in town?
