Hair Salon which does the best multicolor high lighting

My daughter, wife and I will spend some time there this fall..........and does this town have
any truly great hair colorists / hair cutters ?
My wife is accustomed to South Beach type blond hair.
My daughter has medium brown hair.
Need someone who knows what they are doing with foil highlighting

Not concerned about price .............quality is what they want.
Or does this not exist to do a lack of having a market for this ?

I can't definitively say "the best", but my dark brown hair goes to Le Bleu on 10 av at calle 20 every three weeks to deal with "las canas", and I've seen some really nice foil work walk out of there. Lionel is the French owner, very good, and the receptionist and several staff speak excellent English if that's needed. I worked in the biz a million years ago, and there are definitely some good colorists there.

I've been to Lionel/Salon Bleu and was happy with the results.

For the last few years, I've been going to Trevor at Waves Salon and I couldn't be happier. I trust him without reservation and most of the time just sit in his chair and let him do what he thinks is best. He's a foil master! Waves Salon is on the corner of 5th avenue and Calle 60. Trevor at Waves Salon for sure! He's cut my hair, colored my hair - all fantastic. I wouldn't trust anyone else, IMO.

I went to Trevor today for a haircut and I'm super happy with the results. Trevor is really good at what he does, and he's really friendly, too. I won't be going to anyone else anymore!!!
