Hacienda Real ?

Anybody have any info on this resort - tough to find on internet? is it newer or just not very popular.Thanks in advance

Just walked past it this morning. Its newer and on 10th ave (around 12St).

It's on 10th Ave and Calle 10
It's been open for almost four years.
Good location - the rooms are nice.

Google hacienda real del caribe or hacienda real by encanto.
Not to be confused with "Hotel hacienda del caribe". Or "hacienda vista caribe". Lol
Its about five years old. In the beginning marketed to Mexican Nationals. Was taken over by Encanto about two or three years ago. They market for the El Faro condos on the beach.
I have non picky friends that have stayed there and thought it was ok.

Thanks for all the replies, I think maybe I will stop by and check it out when I'm in town in Sept. I hope they will let me have a look around then

Understand, it's a hotel, not a resort.

Understood, its just a place to sleep and have the occaisonal meal [ai} while we are in Playa we dont spend much time at the resort/hotel anyways

I stayed there last Nov and the rooms are nice and big. The maid service was good. The pool is in a inner courtyard and it can get very loud in there when people are swimming. The breakfast package was just ok. We had a package with breakfast included. I wouldnt pay extra for it.

The provide discount coupons for Wickys and beach towels.
