Sol made the most wonderful tongue tacos on Sunday morning. She started the tongue in the middle of the night and set the alarm every 90 minutes or so to check it.

They were delicious

I imagine Ranger has some photos of the chopped tongue.

Did I write about how good they were?

The taco's were fantastic, and those that initially said "not me" then tried them and had second helping, see!!

Please save me some seso, buche and morcilla when in Playa!!! . :-)
