Awesomeness Fest 2012

Hello playa.info members.

A friend of mine is working as the event coordinator for Awesomeness Fest 2012 that will be held near Playa early November.


She looking to hire the following people:

Printer (need to print stage and directional signage, name badges, etc.)
Performers for parties (drummers, fire dancers, etc.)
Shamans--we'd like a few to come the morning of the first day of the event to bless all participants and maybe do a nice little ritutal. Authentic with real knowledge, not touristy and fake...
Yoga instructor
Fitness/boot camp instructors
Bands and musicians to perform

Pls let me know if you might have any connections or recommendations with any of the above. The event is non-profit so they're trying to keep the costs to a minimum (left over profits go towards charitable causes). In the past they've had many of the partners like bands and musicians simply donate their time/performances.

hi joe! grrr i will be there late sept/oct.. i would have love to run a boot camp for you...i do them here in ny 3x's a week...

although, i do have a great friend who lives in cancun who is also a personal trainer...

let me reach out to him and see if its something he can/is willing to consider...
