We really liked staying at the Arena Blana complex...on 38th in between 5th and 10th.

Nice, small condo complex but a good sized pool, quiet at night, 24 hour security guard, just down the street from La Cueva del Chango and lots of other great restaurants nearby, and the nicest stretch of beach in PDC, in my opinion.

We love Natz Ti Ha which is VERY close to the beach! Have stayed in B201 and C101. Beautiful pool as well.

We have a beautiful 2 bedroom condo on 10th and calle 38th. Pool in garden setting, elevator, large covered porch overlooking pool. We are offering a special fall rate.

Do you post this same message every year? You certainly must know where you want to stay by now. And of course during low season there is no occupancy problem. Just trying to understand your motive?

I have posted this message the last couple of years and have found several nice places for a great price. We have been visiting Playa at least once a year for the past 25 years and always have a wonderful time.

And look forward to another great trip in October.

Thanks to everyone who responded to our post. We decided to stay at the Hotel Pelicano on the beach. We have stayed there many times and it is a great value........see ya in October

yes, it is not the condo we were looking for, but it's Playa!
