Carboncitos - post-dinner digestif?

Anyone know what was the post-dinner digestif we were all given at Carboncitos is? It was definitely tequila, but mixed with something sweet (pineapple juice maybe?). I asked the waiter, but I think we had something of a language gap.

Xtabentun is a common Yucatecan liqueur, but it has no tequila or pineapple in it.

Perhaps a bit more description would help - size, sweetness, etc.

I found a picture, but don't know how much help it will be. It has a medium sweetness, and you can taste whatever alcohol is in there behind it.

Does anyone from Carboncitos still hang around on here?

BTW, they served it to everyone. Even to the 14 year old in the party! Umm....

I don't know what that is they're serving now, but they used to serve tequila, though generally they only served it to those who look of drinking age. Perhaps your son looks older than 14?

Grilled shrimp, peppers & onions, bacon, & gobs of cheese!
I don't recall the name, but easy to spot on the menu.

Alambre de camarones--my favorite dish there, too.

I will have to try it, sounds really good.
I love the Pazole too.
