Golf at resonable price next week

Hi there. I'm going to be in Playa on 8-25 through 9-1 staying at the Riu Yucatan. We plan to play golf one day? Where would be a decent priced place to play

Thanks in advance

The few times I've priced PDC golf, I've been very surprised at its pricey-ness.

I'm an avid golfer, and can attest that PDC , or anywhere within an hour does not have "Decent Priced" golf. Unless you live there of course.
Think ... Pebble Beach prices for a municipal course and you are close to right.

Look HERE for course listings and contact them directly. There are twilight prices for locals and tourists. Grand Coral maybe the best bet, but contact them all for pricing

there's a golf course down the road from the Riu Yucatan that's in Playacar. From what I've heard it's the most challenging course around...but I don't golf so I can't stand behind that comment.

Here's the tripadvisor review:

It's all inclusive too and I think the green fees are around $200 with twilight prices being about half that. There is no concierge at the Yucatan but the front desk should be able to give you prices and more info.

Have fun!!

Playacar is awful, all doglegs, Micky mouse course, I will never play there again...
