That worked out fine for us since we co-sleep with our 2 year old and the 2 other boys had the roll-aways. The hotel said only 4 to a room, but they were fine with the 2 year old being "invisible". LOL Can someone tell me if they have couches or roll-aways at the Iberostar or how you have handled traveling with 3 kids? I think we will be fine with 2 double beds (one sleeping 2 boys and one sleeping hubby and 2 year old) and then me on a roll-away but not sure if they even have them. Thanks!
I've only stayed at the Iberostar Quetzal (which I assume is the same setup as Tucan), so I can't comment on the Paraiso set up, but....

In the room there was also a "couch", basically a couple cushions on a slab (like the mattress is on), so I'd say perhaps one of the 6- or 8-year-olds could sleep on that and put you and hubby each with the other two. I don't exactly recall how long it was, but if you aren't too tall, possibly you could sleep on it, since I don't think it would be any narrower than a cot would be.

Hope this helps!! Oh... and if you stay at the Tucan, the kids will LOVE the animals in the "jungle" there. You and hubby probably will too! It's one of the reasons we keep going back to the same resort (visit #3 next May).
