No, not with Turkey, just with turkey
It was a turkey stew or casserole, but not
relleno negro, nor was it
pavo guisado or
pavo estofado. But I recall
pavo was in the name of the dish. It may have been
cazuela de pavo but I'm not sure. But if you happen to go, just ask what their signature turkey dish is.
And dont forget to try the
pico de gallo!
