Are't there any rules for loud music? I have heard that no loud music is allowed in residential area after 11 PM. Doesn't this rule apply there?

The problems discussed last year were solved at that time. We haven't had noise like that for a long time. I hope the trend continues, but with humans involved, who knows ...

Now the developer has started bringing in over 60 dump trucks of rotting seaweed into our community so we smell of rotting garbage. WTF is next...

You are aware that the Coincidance Festival will be taking place (partly) in Sacbe. 72 straight hours of music and dance. December 30, 31 and January 1st.
