Hockey is a Canadian tradition...its in our blood. Just because it is not popular in the US does not make it a fringe sport. It can't get a decent tv contract in the US.....Hockey Night in Canada has been a tradition in our house for as long as I can remember. Our daughter plays Ringette & will more than likely move to Hockey in the next few years. Hockey is a great sport & it is too bad more people are unwilling to give it a chance.
