Say I havn't been on line since the change to the new look. Where did the web cam go?

Is the web cam still down or is something wrong with my computer? I'm still stuck on the same pic for a week now!! Although its beautiful, I love to watch the waves and people walking the beach. I'll be there in 2 days, I shouldn't be complaniing
