I doubt it too. Just as I doubt that my credit union and Wells Fargo eat the fees.

So we have:

1) Charles Schwab
2) Columbia Credit Union
3) Wells Fargo
4)

OK, fair enough. But what are the fees if the criterion aren't met, and one must settle for a "regular" card?

Not true! There are no minimums and no fees.

With Schwab Bank, Pay no ATM fees. Anywhere.

All my ATM fees are refunded in my Fidelity Cash Management account - $180.37 worth year to date.

Better check again . Per the Charles Schwab checking account page :
In reference to Schwab Bank Visa Platinum check card........
"Unlimited ATM fee rebates apply to cash withdrawals using the Schwab Bank Visa Platinum check card wherever it is accepted. ATM fee rebates do not apply to any fees other than fees assessed for using an ATM to withdraw cash from your Schwab Bank account. Schwab Bank makes its best effort to identify those ATM fees eligible for rebate, based on information it receives from Visa and ATM operators. Schwab Bank reserves the right to modify or discontinue the ATM fee rebate at any time." (as of 2/11/2104).
Things can be fluid.
Maybe we are interpreting things differently.

In the meantime, all of my ATM fees have been refunded with my Fidelity Cash Management account debit card. While I can do domestic wire transfers to Intercam's account at Mellon Bank of New York and get the money down here for no additional fee, there is a $10 fee for a domestic wire transfer with my Fidelity Cash Management account, so we are using the debit card to withdraw money from ATMs for most of our routine living expenses.

I'm not sure how I can interpret free and no fee and no minimum balance differently. Of course they can modify or discontinue it. All companies reserve the right to do that with any policy. But, as it stands today, there are no fees, no minimum balance required and no International Transaction Fees. Since you don't believe me, I contacted them and got the following reply so I could post it here for all to see:

Click on Banking and Lending Products | Schwab Bank
Under Checking and Savings click on High Yield Investor checking account
Under Take the Next Step scroll down to "APPLY NOW" and then read Number 1. (As of 07/01/2104)
Does that look like what I quoted in my previous post (#81) . Your interpretation

There s no account minimum.
I think that was the point.
You could have linked to the "apply now" instead of us having to follow your intricate instructions

I figured that you could figure it out and had time to do it
Others might not be so smart so I had to lead them to the water.
And I do not think that it has to do with a minimum balance but ATM fees.
Don't you like a little challenge ?

This has become silly. What is it that you have a problem with? Maybe I am missing your point. I'm just trying to let people know there is still a bank that offers a FREE ATM card with NO ATM FEES and NO INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEES, with NO MINIMUM BALANCE REQUIRED. Your first rebuttal claimed (falsely) that a minimum balance of $5000 was required.
Ever since then, it seems as if you are more interested in winning an argument than providing a service to people that were asking about this.
