Booking the Eldorado Royale

Well the time has come to go ahead and book the Casita for my honeymoon in Oct-Nov 04. Does anyone have any recommendations as far as requesting a certain area or number Casita? Maybe there are some that have certain amenities closer or further depending on the individual’s preference? I have heard of a smell and I may want to try to get as far away from that as possible. Is it to early to start getting contact info as far as email addresses and such to try to insure I get the Casita I want or should I wait until a little closer? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

When you book the trip, you can ask your agent to request a certain building or casita. This does not guarantee that you will get it however as all requests are based on availability. There would be no point in sending any kind of additional request directly to the hotel right when you book as they won't even be aware of your reservation until about a week before you arrive.
That would be the time to send in a another request and mention that you are arriving on "such and such" a date, that it is your honeymoon and that you would like "this" casita if at all possible. And of course, if when you check in, if for whatever reason you don't care for your room, simply ask them if it is possible to switch.
One good thing...you're going during very low season so the hotel should be only about half full. That's when they are usually able to better accomodate room requests.
I can't locate the e mail addy for that request, maybe somone else has it but if not, you can call 1-800-KARISMA and ask if they have an e mail address for the El Dorado Royale.
Good luck!!!
